Pros
It's a job, so you're at least making money while you're miserable and sitting in a cube all day. That's about the only pro there is. Oh, and because turnover is so high, you get the chance to meet a lot of different people!
Cons
The culture is absolutely horrible. Environment is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, as is most of management. ARG celebrates failures, and humiliates employees. When you're hired, you will be promised a wide range of incentives - such as work from home days, a large amount of commission, etc. Don't fall for it. If you do go in for an interview - be sure to shadow and ask the Talent Coordinators about these things - some of them will omit the truth but most will be truthful. Trust those who tell you the horror stories - they're real. Also, any of the positive reviews you see on here - not a reliable source.
