      It is a locally owned company that does focus on customer service and effective treatment plans. Allied has a great work environment and has opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company it does not currently offer the best health care.

      Cons

      Every man for himself. No sense of teamwork with upper management. Bought by Rentokil in 2022. Within 5 years this company will probably become Terminix.
