Pros
It's a good business to work at, and it will do well if there's proper management. Current management have totally no sense of business.
Cons
Owner of the company only care about giving out lies to media, which make him looks good. But he treats almost all employees very badly. The few "employees" he treated nicely, are the relatives of him.
