Pros
Absolutely loved my supervisor. She was professional, pleasant and happy to help me any time I needed assistance. Training for new tasks was excellent. Enjoyed my coworkers, although I mostly worked by myself. Pay was good. Benefits were good.
Cons
Was injured on the job and the response from various Allina staff was mixed. Some were helpful, but some seemed resentful and made it difficult for me to get access to information I needed to get the help I needed.
