Pros
Available all over central MN; large growing company and can with in smaller towns or larger cities. Excellent training; long but very detailed. Health and dental insurance. Disability ( if you get offered it when time comes, hopefully your management knows what they are doing.)
Cons
HR is extremely rude; never have their information correct, and judge mental. Very unprofessional. Management acts as puppets; meaning communication is horrible. When it comes to crunch time and an individuals' job on the line; no support, will make up situations/ lie if you are in an "at-will-position"; they don't care about you as the employee, but rather will "cover themselves, even if they have to lie" or "throw you under the bus". Involve your coworkers to "spy on you". Hostile work environments. (Not all facilities; 2 have an extensive history; if you are not liked or don't fit in get a transfer before its too late. You will be fired and good luck getting a job afterwards.) Lack of knowledge in management: such as understanding policies. Lack of support from most staff; physicians are treated with disrespect at times. Runs as if they are a profit organization, when they are non-profit. High turnover rate; patients doubt care at certain facilities and are aware if how individuals are treated; which makes care difficult somedays- having to explain why a coworker or provider was let go or how patients could hear staff talking about individuals, rudely. Don't follow their mission statement nor values and beliefs.
