Extraordinarily low pay for the mental and physical demands of the job. They have a very hard time with retention rates for many reasons, mostly the low pay. They did, however, recently create a senior and master level title to the technicians that comes with a raise, but it is still abysmally low for the type of work performed. And that is WITHOUT bonus. Techs only make 5% bonus with all kinds of stipulations to prevent you from achieving it, and the executives make at least 20%...)
