This is a company of many talented Engineers, Drafters, Administrators, and Project Managers; both degreed and non-degreed. We are a group that ranges from seasoned professionals to entry level tradesmen. Together, we bring our unique individual skills together, to form this great team. As an experienced drafter by trade and project manager, I can vouch for this company as one that has stood the 'test of time'; where many others in this industry have not. This success would NOT be made possible without our dedicated self-motivated team and its owners. When possible, AllPro offer's employment opportunities to job seekers; even with little or no experience. You will rarely find, if any, an engineering firm that offer this. Employment responsibilities may require some travel; an opportunity to increase learning experience though hands-on training. AllPro provides industry knowledge training as it expects in return a dedication to employment of each individual. Over time, dedicated employees have advanced in the company. AllPro offers the possibility of advancement to all of its team members. Advancement also does not necessarily need to include a college degree; a rare benefit from an engineering firm.
