-Talented and passionate team -Excellent program to work with

-Discrimination against non-Chinese speaking staff -Disorganization- -Low pay for part time teachers -Emphasis is on marketing, leadership and quota -high part time teacher turn over. -not worth it unless you are in a non teaching role -Target audience is not very inclusive - offensive content found in materials
