This company makes it difficult for a salesman to take care of our customers the way we need to. We can't write a credit on any out of date product, it has to be swapped with good product. And that has to be taken care of in your personal car. Nasty, stinky, dirty, out of date beer and sodas. Our pay structure keeps changing at the worst time of the year. Guaranteed to have at least 1 pay structure change each year. This year it was 2 changes. 1st one took us from commission in the slow season to salary in the summer then back to commission when business slowed down in the winter. You don't have to worry about making too much money.
