Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

Team Work Ethic: Strong commitment to roles, collaboration, and mutual respect. Inter-Departmental Interaction: Opportunities to meet and collaborate with colleagues across different departments, fostering a diverse exchange of ideas and perspectives.

Lack of Innovation: The technology department is notably behind the curve, with little to no drive for innovation. Leadership Involvement: There is a significant absence of leadership involvement in IT decisions, which hampers progress and strategic direction. IT Knowledge Deficiency: The general IT knowledge across systems and processes is subpar, leading to inefficiencies and errors. Leadership Accountability: There's a complete lack of accountability from leadership for the poor performance of teams. Policy Enforcement: Company policies are not enforced from the top down, leading to inconsistencies and confusion. Standardization: There is zero drive to establish or maintain any standards, which affects overall quality and performance.
