Small company that takes great care of their employees. Very personable that treats you like a person rather than just a number.

Medical benefits are pricey compared to larger companies.

compensation, on-line training, professional support staff, personable senior managers, great leadership. Work-life balance was top notch. I had 2 occasions where my family needed my full attention and the company supported me.

Future projects are tenuous at best. I hoped that there would be follow on work. I am still hoping that one day, an account manager will call me with a new project.
