Great company to work for! - Project Manager Allturna Employee Review

I am consistently treated with respect and given freedom and flexibility to get my work done in a way that works for me. Management understands you're more than a faceless drone and treats every employee like a whole human. I feel both challenged and enabled to grow and learn in my current role and develop my expertise to grow (or move) my role. The small nature of the company and the previously-mentioned respect means that I feel empowered to improve and change the organization.

The benefits aren't the best, but they're there and they're affordable The lack of structure (and flat management style) can lead to a little bit of uncertainty organizationally when it comes to "who to talk to"

I wouldn't necessarily list anything as cons, but Allturna does have some of the limitations that small companies typically have.
