Pros

The ability to work remotely was a major benefit, and the schedule was generally manageable. The company also had a small-team environment, which can be a positive for someone who enjoys being involved in different areas of the business.

Cons

The company offered only two days of PTO, which felt very limited. Because the team was small, there were days when additional responsibilities were added to an already full workload, with the expectation that the new tasks would be completed alongside existing priorities. Roles and responsibilities were not always clearly defined, and leadership could be disorganized at times. There were also instances where management responsibilities were passed down without enough support or consideration for the existing workload. Although my position was not primarily a sales role, I was also expected to generate sales. The commission structure and incentives were not competitive enough to make the additional sales responsibilities feel worthwhile.

Pros

Allure Pest Management gives a lot of employees a lot of pros! Technicians get to take your work truck home, they have many opportunities to make extra money with commission options! They have great benefits to offer medical, dental, vision, life and Aflac policies. Ownership is always looking out for their best interest with their employees.

Cons

Company is growing fast and lots of new changes happen, so adapting to new changes sometimes are difficult.

Pros

They provide a nice truck.

Cons

Working at Allure Pest Management was a deeply disappointing experience. The company provides no proper training, leaving employees unprepared to do their jobs effectively. There’s zero room for growth, and the office is completely unresponsive to any concerns or issues you might have when you need them the most. The company is literally run out of the owner’s garage, which, to me, speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and resources. Expect to work 10–12+ hour shifts without a proper schedule that allows for a second lunch, no matter what they promise during onboarding. The worst part is the management. The owners are solely focused on profits and show no appreciation for hard work. They have no problem publicly humiliating and reprimanding employees in front of others, creating a toxic and uncomfortable work environment. If you’re looking for a company that values its employees, avoid this place at all costs.
