      Tax free salary, reasonable remuneration packages for wexpats. The brand has an equity within the region which can facilitate other career opportunities.

      Cons

      The HR policies and processes are unethical and are used in a punitive manner to withhold employee entitlements. Employees pay rate is determined by their ethnic background/birthplace and not skills or performance.

      grapes harvest, olives harvest, packing grapes,putting net in dates fruits, makes a ring guard in dates tree, spraying the herbicide in dates plantation...

      signing contract dairy farm,but when in KSA we put in horticulture that's why we end our contract and not renew our signing contract...
