The HQ team has excellent communication skills but they don’t know what’s going on, they don’t have room for feedback and if you communicate any kind of feedback they are pretty defensive and take it as you are a negative person. And the district team has so much opportunity, specifically when it comes to hiring process and they would promote a really toxic environment.
