Not enough commission. Once a certain level of sales have been accumulated there is no incentive to excel due to how little you get in comparison to how much you are making the company
Literally like working in high school. Everyone talks crap about everyone and treats you like crap. Nobody wants to do their job and then makes fun of you for doing yours.
Way too long of hours with crap pay.
