Cons
I guess there is a limit here as well in terms of how much you can post. Damn, I wanted this to be a long one. Cons: 1) Family Business 2) IT company for name sake 3) Review system to su ck the life out of you 4) Owners can directly be compared with Kim Jong-un 5) A puppet show which is handled by top-4 & puppets are the next 10-15 seniors. 6) There is no HR department or HR team because they do not believe in resolving employee issues 7) Threatening is one of their motivational factor n) If working here is your only choice, then you are REALLY OUT OF CHOICES in your life.
