      no pros working here in this crappy organization.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. You cant stick to this company for more than 4 months. They will eat your brain out and will continue to do so until you resign. Even if you work hard for them - They will use foul language and give negative feedback to you. This company can give you trauma for life - Beware

      - Salary you get every qtr - You can handle anything everything under the sky in this company - Heavy growth if you are listing to the CEO - Sometimes you get gift as a laptop when he is angry and can throw a laptop on you which will be come your later - If you are free, then you get place to work
