Pros

good hours, hour long lunch, friendly atmosphere, decent team managers, dont have to work weekends, 8-5 m-f

Cons

poor pay for amount of processes, lied to about holidays, no real future, not much room for any kind of professional growth, working with loud unruly people, you get different answers for all questions, whether for actual job or for alorica in general i.e. holidays

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
