Pros

Management and Leadership is excellent! The Sales Consultants work schedule is very flexible in the B2B area. Annual Reviews are completed on time which is huge! The company has a national and global presence.

Cons

Insurance premiums is relatively high and you have to wait 6 months before it kicks in. Lastly, PTO is awarded as Non-paid PTO for anyone hired after 2011.

You get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
