Pros

can't think of a single one.

Cons

Training was horrific, you can tell they were rushing the trainer to finish up so he could throw us in. I trained remote and it was just powerpoint slides that the trainer read. Half of the class didn't even do 1 test call and they through us in. I was COMPLETELY lost with my calls and nothing about the culture of the company made me motivated to push through and self learn. It was an absolute mess. I came from a company that made you feel like an individual so it was very disappointing even bothering with Alorica.

Pros

They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

Cons

Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
