      It's easy to be hired as long as you can pass a drug test for a day...which anyone can.

      Cons

      They really don't want people who are dedicated to being there everyday and don't want to go home early.

      Telework, managers are communicative with staff and help us get better at the phone calls to pass QA

      Always threatening to fire if we did not try to get people to buy things at the end of enrolling them into Duke Energy
