      Pros

      There is some flexibility on work hours. If you have something come up and have to leave work, you can make up your hours outside of normal work hours in that same week. Bosses are open to the ideas of others.

      Cons

      There are no women in charge. There really isn't room for advancement.

      Great people to work with. Friendly atmosphere. Small company, access to speak with the president of the company. Helpful co-workers.

      Cons

      Predominated by male. Promotion doesn't happen quickly for female as it does for males. Too many obstacle for female to get promoted.
