- Meritocratic environment - Many knowledgeable people willing to share, coach and lead - Can do attitude valued and encouraged - Interesting package - Sky is the limit in terms of career opportunities - Great outlook for the coming years
Cons
- Penetration of the North American markets remains a challenge - As the company grows it inevitably starts losing its original startup nature - In the less developed markets it yet has to reach the same prestige as its better known competitors
