Pros
Since the beginning I thought there is something doggy about this company. The offices area looks like an everlasting process of recruiting ( later on I discover that people give up on this job as quickly as they are accepted ) Apparently the managers recruit all they long, and wrap in a nice presentation a silly job for you. At least they are good at marketing, at fooling new recruits with hopes and dreams, under the umbrella of "junior position" "no experience in the field needed" The best you can get is a nice story about how great your future can be in their company and a free coffee.
Cons
The reality hits when you see that the so much praised job is nothing but a face to face(more like door to door) selling scheme. And if it was selling something it would be an experience at least, but is demanding money from people for charities. They will imply that is legal to do so, and it is for those weak enough to be fooled but their promises. Because the training is nothing like a proper training, but only a conversation and then you're re ready to be a legal beggar. There is no fixed salary. Yea it's commission based, but for that you must be a genius in begging for money for charities. The targets are high, and if you don't bring on the table enough charity contracts, you ain't get no money! Upsi... Don't fall for it, unless you really enjoy working almost for free for charities(which is very possible to belong to their company, because you are not shown any proof of those money usage)
