Pros
I'm quite upset with the management, but I'm fairly pleased with the compensation.
Cons
They replaced actual client interaction with this soul-crushing "data dashboard". We were supposed to spend all day filling out endless forms and tracking metrics instead of actually talking to the people we were supposed to be helping. It felt more like working in a call center than helping people get back on their feet.
