Pros
Good perks, free concert tickets, networking opportunities, flexible hours and friendly people to work with. Good job if you're in college.
Cons
Does not pay well, schedules are not known until the week before and that usually changes, work can either be busy and demanding or non-existant and then you're trying to find extra work. Poor management, non-existant safety protocols and poor training.
