Set hours, no overtime allowed, laid back environment
Cons
No communication throughout management, weekly management meetings that accomplish nothing, managment doesn’t know what they are doing. HR is always in the parking or walking the sidewalks and the corporate HR cannot answer your questions. Was told there was room for growth but that is very misleading.
