Poor treatment of staff. No inflationary pay increase, everything must be fought for. Senior managers are under pressure which comes down the line. The owner is more interested in self promotion that his workforce.

The business is growing resulting in opportunities for advancement.

Lack of autonomy, difficult market place which dictates a low wage.
