Pros
They pay very well and offer great benefits for the entire company. The medical, dental and vision is paid for all employees but eventually this will go away. These are the only two pros of this company.
Cons
Beware! The CEO/President is a micro-manager and will be in your business. She does not want people to do their jobs but instead tries to tell them how to do theirs. Do not trust anyone there as they will turn on you to protect their jobs! Again, beware who you speak to about anything because they will let the CEO/President know and it will jeopardize your job. Very high turnover for such a small company!!!
