      Well its a job and they pay

      Cons

      Very poor staff retention, poor salaries, massive expectations. Travel in own time 2-3 hours to customer sites, same on the way back. No career prospects or staff development. Look for something better and don't say we didn't warn you!

      Pros

      Not many. The CEO might let you go home early on the odd occasion he’s feeling nice and some people can be friendly but other than that nothing!

      Cons

      Awful culture. You sit downstairs and can hear the CEO shouting and swearing at employees in his office. Extremely high turnover. Expected to do tasks nothing to do with your job role and get shouted at if not completed properly. Changed working hours slightly to avoid giving staff pay rises where due
