I really enjoy the people I work with, and I can see everyone has a passion and drive to work hard towards company goals.

I don't see many cons working here

Great co-workers. Laid-back culture. Flexible hours. Lots of vacation time. Decent benefits. Work from home on Fridays. Good leadership that likes to invest in others.

Too focused on growth and as a result stretched much too thin. Need to scale back and become sustainable. Not great pay.
