Remote work has a little bit of a disconnect if you don't intentionally try to engage with people. We try to eliminate this with a check-in call every morning and so far that is working great!

You will learn a lot here and be given plenty of freedom. Mistakes will be treated as an opportunity for education rather than something to be punished for. Management/Ownership is also very personable and will take care of you.

Salary somewhat low for work expectations.
