Pros
It was a completely remote position and the company did a good job with the onboarding program to create bonds and very close teams despite the distance. The colleagues were very helpful and the environment within the team's was amazing. Salary was good. .
Cons
Not so fun were the night and weekend shifts. There was not a lot of transparency on the status of the project
