Patients/providers love our company because of the efficient and excellent customer service they receive. -Not open on the weekend, so your weekends will always be free - Our hours are 7-7, unlike some 24/7 pharmacies, so no overnight shifts -High pay compared to industry average, excellent benefits, monthly healthcare costs covered by the company. - Offers bi-annual bonuses and hourly wage increases during performance reviews - Management invests a lot of time training the employees and is very communicative when opportunities for improvement arise - Countless possibilities for career growth/advancement and professional development - Small business family-like environment (Everyone knows everyone) - Everyone in the company strives for excellence and keeps each other accountable -Management is always open to suggestions/constructive criticism.
Cons
-Worklife balance could be better; it is expected that you finish your tasks and meet deadlines to meet customer/company expectations. -High expectations; doing the bare minimum will not get you far in your role. - Management is very communicative when mistakes are made because an error in healthcare could result in a patient being harmed/killed. (Only a con if you have a hard time handling criticism. )
