Pros

- Great team atmosphere. - Freedom, little red tape. - Flexible time if you are a hard worker. - Relaxed environment. - Downtown has a lot of great restaurants. - Lengthy employment in back-office support functions.

Cons

- High turnover in sales division (common though). - Management can be sub par with proactivity. - Investor owned now, and soon to be. - Health insurance is pretty terrible. - No common industry standard "bennies" to mention, whatsoever.

Pros

You come in and they take you out and buy you drinks also suggesting that its okay to consume alcohol while on the job, as long as you're "taking care of business".

Cons

Management makes A LOT of empty promises to clients which they cannot fulfill and end up causing mass chaos AFTER the paperwork has been signed. At that point, they can pay a pretty penny to get out if they want. Prices that are signed upon change after "unexpected" costs come into play and it's your responsibility to alert the customer that their price is going up AFTER the fact. They hand you a 11*17 map that shows where the service is available, but have no other resource except outdated SalesForce data to guide you between businesses. Heavy micro management, constant gossip between management about certain employees, extreme amounts of stress due to the lack of willing, helpful resources. You will be told to ignore the implementation team (engineers, account managers, etc.) because they are stupid. Not a friendly environment AT ALL for female employees. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a better, more balanced opportunity.
