Pros
Cutting edge tech, good idea, nice office, mostly good people on the non-management positions. Anyone can become "Head of ...." whatever department there.
Cons
Culture of lying and backstabbing. Everything is handled in a dirty manner. Hush hush mentality. You are expected to work overtime for free. HR lady has issues, to put it mildly. Management makes bad decisions and consistently lies. Salaries are below market average. Turnover rate is through the roof. They don't care even after losing a quarter of the company.
