Pros
No macro management. Flexible schedule. Coworkers are very friendly and helpful.
Cons
They don’t have a good training system—you must learn on your own. There’s no job security; they can let you go at any time, even if you’re doing everything right. You could get a recognition for you exceptional job and be fired in 3 weeks later. The pay is below average. The HR and operations teams are useless. They can fire you without conducting an investigation or maintaining proper records. I witnessed cases of “wrongful termination.” Make sure to keep your own records and document everything in case you need to file a lawsuit. They experiment with different roles, and if it doesn’t work out, they let you go. You’re likely to have a job for only five months if that’s the case. They don’t have a handbook policy for employees, so you don’t really know your rights there. There’s no support for your growth in other departments.
