Horrendous culture. People “in it” don’t see it and use the F1 badge as an excuse but the many good people in this business deserve better - you wouldn’t experience the same at any other team. Shocking management & exec team - vastly under qualified across all departments. HR department there just to fire people Zero investment in people Massive brain drain. Lots of people have moved on and those teams are thriving.
