      Paychecks clear once they are processed.

      Cons

      Management team is never on the same page. Confusion is a daily issue because the hierarchy is extremely flawed. Management does not notice or care about anything except their bottom line. They have no problem lying in interviews to potential employees, telling them exactly what they want to hear and never intending on following through.
