Pros
The benefits are great. Guaranteed 40 hours every week and no problem with getting paid. For those that are willing to learn, the chances for cross-training are excellent.
Cons
The pay isn't great; the starting pay should be the same throughout the company. States where the cost of living is lower, their pay is higher.
