      Pros

      What I've seen so far with this company is that they do a very good job investing into their staff. They take care of you, training is detailed because there is a lot to learn. The culture is great, mostly everyone is on the same page working towards the same goals. They also have great benefits.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
