The company hires great people. It is an innovative atmosphere. The concept and mission of the school is interesting. Employees are rewarded with fairly decent pay and great benefits. The school leadership is experienced and well informed.
Cons
Senior management really doesn't understand the nuances in the field of education. Ideas are tried and discarded if they don't have an immediate effect. No time is given for pedagogical techniques or curricula to take hold and mature. The instability and lack of foresight has led to the loss of a lot of great employees.
