      Pros

      Teamwork and support were the reasons I worked and stayed at ABSMC as long as I did. I would see RNs come and go and return because teamwork is everything.

      Cons

      Poor staffing, not listening to RNs and physicians, cliquishness at times, lack of actual mentorship programs

      5th floor Am shift were a great team to work with. Very helpful nurses and great management. Great benefits

      Cons

      Hard to pick up doubles due to seniority , also would be cancelled during slower seasons due to seniority.

      Staffing is usually short. Travelers float a lot, often twice in a 12 hour shift.
