Tons of room for improvement in this company. Some coworker's are very friendly and very helpful most of the time.

Terrible onboarding, little to no actual training for most, for many there is an unreasonable workload that grows year after year as upper management does the minimum and attends countless meetings and leaving the branch claiming to be doing outside business, all suggestions for improvement get ignored, horrible tech support for techs in the field, benefits are lacking for most. Toxic, hazardous, very unsafe, and for some an extremely hostile work environment, yearly reviews are sabotaged intentionally to minimize raise percentage, generally only the sales team, the drinking buddies, and corporate kiss-ups have a chance at getting promoted rather than the hard working individuals. It appears that some employees are encouraged to make fake five star reviews to boost the overall score and gain favor with leadership. It also seems that there is no concern for retaining customers or living up to the guiding principles nor mission statement of customers for life. Technicians were harassed every day if they had lost time he would even call during off work hours and demand that all lost time be spread out across jobs to bill to customers but would say fix your lost time to avoid accountability.
