Pros
The only pros are the rank and file employees who work at the corporate office and the hospitals. The senior leadership of this place are the opposite
Cons
Culture of Blame and Arrogance. Saving money trumps patient care, best practices, and good-quality equipment every time. They are pound-wise and penny-foolish. Especially managers and directors beware, they chop heads every time they need a scapegoat. They don't match 401(k), their pay is not competitive, their PTO is stingy, their health benefits stick as well.
