Pros

The compensation at Apex is higher than most, but the frustration almost makes it not worth it. There are lots of job opportunities, but that should be a warning as a lot of people are leaving the company.

Cons

Upper management has changed and it feels like the company has gone backwards. They are stuck in the past and don't see that morale is extremely low. It's no wonder a lot of people are jumping ship.

Sales, and Marketing function budgets have been reduced, not much emphasis on traditional meter growth. Unfortunately at the direction of the local public service commissions (DC, MD, and VA)
