      Pros

      -great fellow employees. they're amazing people who are so nice and hard working -beautiful store -employee discount

      Cons

      -Floor sets are intricate and we often don't have adequate time to do them -The "give back" is encouraging, but there are rumors that cooperate pockets a lot of it -Unrealistic sales goals -Ridiculous "captain" roles with a lot of responsibility and no pay raise -Axonify training program is useless and not helpful for any real work experience

      There’s a high turnover rate but I love my store leader and the management at my particular store is above average for the retail industry.

      High turnover, no raises or bonuses

      Pros

      The women that get hired here are competent and want to do a good job.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Leadership is horrible and does not care about standing up for their employees. The CEO prides himself on employing 90+% women but then screams at said women in every meeting. He often called meetings to "teach women how to be better wives and mothers." Seriously, don't work here if you value yourself at all. I wouldn't even recommend shopping here if you care about actually supporting women.
