Horrible work/life balance. They do not care at all about health in any aspects. Was told mental health is not an excuse. Manager made fun of a girl with a heart condition that had to miss work at her previous store. Openly accused people of fake drs notes. Upper management and corporate hired people to replace others before letting them know their job was up for grabs. They do not care about you at all. I LOVED this job when I first started. I was so sad to have to leave but ultimately this place ruined my mental wellbeing and I had no life outside of work. Management changes always suck, but this one ran everyone that already worked there out. So desperate for workers get treat them all like trash. Everyone talks crap about everyone, including corporate and vp's when they visit. Very unprofessional environment. Hostile work environment. You will be talked to/yelled at constantly. You are not treated as equals or with respect. I would not recommend working at this store to anyone. This company is crazy. Just avoid.
