      *You are a person, not a number *Family owned - no corporate red tape *The whole team cares about their customers - it is a VERY customer centric environment. *Great overall team - from admin to sales to service - makes it easy to collaborate *Great sales incentives - contests, presidents club trip *Positive culture - owners are caring, honest and fair

      *Small company, not much room forcareer advancement, however as sales, if no intention to become a Sales Manager, then great opportunity to always increase your income.

      Company is good, small company that does what they can to give the employees a good place to work. Open door policy with the COO, which is nice. Has all the pros of a smaller family owned company. Was happy there, but outside sales is extremely hard

      I have been working for Altek Business Systems for the past 3 years, and I can tell you that this company is a leader in the industry. Beyond just being certified to offer both Xerox and Kyocera products, Altek is also an Information technology company. Offiering full I.T. services and document management from some of the most well-known companies such as DocuWare. Altek is a grate company to work for and with.
